Ollang is a platform with over 2000 translators worldwide. In the Translator Dashboard product, Ollang provides translators with a platform to find suitable translation jobs, track their progress, and manage their payments. The platform also offers a translation tool under the 'Olab Studio' tool. Translators use this tool to complete and deliver their work.

Olab Studio provides translators with a dedicated space within the dashboard where they can perform their tasks. With this tool, translators can schedule their translations at the right intervals. Additionally, it offers AI support to assist them in translating more easily and provides alerts for any errors they may make. Thus, the tool enables translators to make their translations as flawless as possible.

A translator can find suitable jobs in the 'job search' section. In this area, job types (Subtitle, CC, or AI Dubbing), price ranges, due dates, and language pairs can be viewed.
The translator can select and take on jobs that are suitable for them, delivering them by the required deadline.

Translators are required to complete a demo task in the system for the language pair they claim proficiency in, to prove their competence in those languages.
Ollang, after reviewing and approving the demo, allows the translator to start taking jobs in that language pair. This process ensures quality control for translators in the system.

On the payout page, users can view the payments for the tasks they have completed in the past and the fees for the ongoing tasks. Additionally, they can access information such as the amount of money in their wallets and details on when they will receive payments for the completed tasks.

Each translator has their own weekly schedule. By marking the time slots on their calendar when they are available and ready to work, Ollang can automatically assign suitable jobs to the translator during those periods. This way, translators can effortlessly find additional work that fits into their schedule.

UX Planing comes first...
Before starting the redesign of the product, feedback on the existing product and an assessment of its useful and not-so-useful features have been conducted. Based on these findings, decisions have been made regarding which features and pages will be retained or removed in the product. Finally, in collaboration with the technical team, a user flow has been created.

The existing color palette and logo of the Olabs brand have been utilized. A design system has been created for Ollang's brand that aligns seamlessly with the design of their other dashboards, ensuring a cohesive visual identity across all platforms.
